SEC REPORTING MANAGER
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing SEC reporting and filings. Prepare and file 10-K 10-Q, and 8-K including drafting of disclosures, footnotes, and financial statements. This person will work to ensure filings are processed and approved working closely with the senior management team and external auditors. This position will operate as the liaison with external auditors on quarterly reviews and yearly audits, provide compliance on GAAP and SEC regulations, and monitor impact and communication of changes in accounting standards.
The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SEC Reporting guidelines, US GAAP requirements, and SOX compliance. You will also possess strong accounting and finance experience, strong communication skills, and successful project management experience. A Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related studies, current CPA preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of SEC experience in a publicly traded company (preferably in high technology) in the $20M to $100M + range. Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required. Travel (10-15%) will be required to Beijing, China where our manufacturing operations are located.
